A Japan-related liquefied petroleum gas tanker has passed through the Strait of Hormuz and left the Persian Gulf, the vessel’s owner announced on Saturday.

The Mitsui O.S.K. Lines vessel is the second Japan-related one to pass through the strait, which has effectively been blockaded by Iran, since the United States and Israel launched their attacks on Iran.

On Friday, the company announced that a liquefied natural gas tanker also belonging to the company had passed through the strait.
