WASHINGTON – Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi told U.S. President Donald Trump that she thought only Trump could bring peace and prosperity to the world at the beginning of the Japan-U.S. summit in Washington on Thursday.

During the meeting, Takaichi also condemned Iran, saying, “Iran’s development of nuclear weapons is unacceptable.”
